The Fire Academy/Training info confuses me some...seems like that should be a separate site from your photo work...unless it's 100% the same customer base and maybe based on how you market yourself the two work together. But from an outside view...very much identity confusion to me.

I'd remove the "date" from the homepage...not needed for your intro.

The giant watermarks are a bit much. Something smaller would be good or none at all.

Some of the photos in the gallery are more snapshots than say client portraits. Might want to focus down to just your top 10-15 shots that show what you can do for customers.

Not a huge fan of the traffic stats, hits for photos, etc...

Overall pretty easy to get around on the site. Overall really not too bad, just make small tweaks and keep refining it to just the critical info people need to pick you.
