OK, I got tired of GoDaddy's quickblog and ditched it for WordPress. Much more flexibility and my images look nicer...
Can you take a look and give me some opinions?
Thanks!

Good choice ditching quickblog. I see you are using the wordpress ProPhoto theme. Excellent choice! I use the same one. Check out my signature below for my business and family blogs.

If you haven't already I highly recommend reading through the ProPhoto F.A.Q. It contains a wealth of info about personalizing your blog.

First thing I notice, the flash slideshow takes a long time to load. 23-28 seconds pass before I can begin to navigate.

From the ProPhoto tutorials:

If you're using Photoshop, I recommend exporting using the "Save for Web and Devices" menu option, and exporting a JPG set to around 80% quality.

Second, delete the very first post.

Welcome to WordPress. This is your first post. Edit or delete it, then start blogging!

Third, since your photos are watermarked, you might want think about taking advantage of displaying huge 900 x 600 pixel images. Your work is amazing and I would spoil your clients by giving them large photos to view. Just in case you're worried about image theft, there is some code you can use to disable right-clicking. It can be found in the F.A.Q.

Hope this helps,
-Sonny
