SmugMug trouble

Your site works on my mac, using FF when i click your signature link.

I am not able to get into galleries either. I can login in and create galleries etc. But cannot see the photos in the galleries. Sent email to help@smugmug.com.

I tried this from two different computers and from both IE & Firefox.

Thats same thing happening to me on Sun. at home I'm at work now and am able to get in Galleries on my work computer

starting to sound like their most recent maintenance window caused some problems.

and they're usually really "johnny on the spot" returning emails, even on weekends...wonder what the deal is. My issue seems to have resolved itself (or they fixed it) but still never heard from anyone.

I emailed Smugmug as I mentioned in my earlier post. I got the reply and the problem is resolved. It has to do with setting up CName with Domain registrar.

I never had to contact Smugmug customer service till now. But now I know why everybody is so happy with Smugmug. This is one of the best customer service I have seen.

Maybe THIS could be the problem?
You have to change your CNAME's again (maybe).
