Anyone else have a FB page for their business? In an effort to get my name out there more, I created a FB fan page. I've noticed that FB degrades the quality of images upon uploading. I know they do it probably to save disk space, but it sure doesn't look very good.

Amy Karp has one, Leslie has one, Brittany has one, and I have one now. Image quality or not, it does lead to a lot of inquiries. I booked two shoots in the first three days of having mine up. I'm sure if I interacted with it more than I do I may have more. It appears to be a great FREE marketing tool, and I have heard a LOT of success stories built on FB. I know of one particular photographer in OK who took her business from a hobby, to a full time gig excuslively through her FB (and myspace) pages.
