Pros : Consistent color scheme, title graphic seems to describe the content well, content loads in an appropriate amount of time.

Cons : Seems to be another gun forum, with a (relatively) standard forum theme and low membership. There are a ton of these forums already, and it may prove difficult to uniquify. What makes this forum different? Why should a user skip ar15.com to go to your site? Etc., etc.

well it does have a low member count lol we have only been up for 2 days, but what makes mine different is the attitude, my staff and admin know exactly what they are talking about, and are eager to help. Any one from the ignorant to the intelligent are welcomed, we are geared towards the members and not just the site, we hope to serve and not show off i hope that clarifies a little and thank you for the Pros

When you're starting out a forum, never start with too many sections/subsections, this leads to lot of empty sections even if you have a handful of active threads. Kind of like a new store with a few items, but way more empty shelves. (Just stating from personal experience setting up many forums and sites). I'd suggest clumping lot of the subsections together, and then expanding them as your membership and discussions grow organically.

The site looks functional and the theme is fine, but I have to agree with David's point... there are already a lot of other gun forums that have an identical target audience as this. Forums are driven by the community, and has less to do with admins and such.... getting critical mass with active membership may be difficult unless you focus on some niche or targeted audience (eg. TPF focuses on Texas photogs)
