Nice job! I also have a blog/website from Prophoto...I have a few questions for your husband about how he set it up like that! Mainly howportfolios pop up in a new window.

Only nit is that the photos in the portfolio seem to load a little slowly.

Looks good. Just three things:

Papyrus font is WAY overplayed. It is in the comic sans realm of fonts to stay away from now, imho.

You also want the background on the logo to be the same color as the masthead. They are slightly different.

I don't particularly like the bevel on the banner image.

Thanks for commenting on the site. :)

The pictures load slowly due to the size of the pics, unfortunately. We just figured that out (still learning the ins and outs of the software). We'll be addressing it.

Regarding the portfolios popping up in a new window, I didn't do anything special on that. I just set it up to do the Flash gallery instead of lightbox, and then set it up to show the portfolios in the menu control on the P3 Customize section. It automatically pops up into a new window.

Addressing someone else's comments... The logo is a work in progress. I'm NOT a graphic artist, so still working out the finer details of getting colors to match correctly. The color actually IS the same color (copied the hex color # directly and pasted it into the software) as the masthead behind it, but the lighting effect I used in PSPXI (we're not rich, so can't afford Photoshop) changed the color. I'll be working to fix it.

As for the font... it's what Susan wanted and she likes it, so I guess we'll stick with it.

I changed the masthead background color to match the image's change as closely as possible, and my 3 year old monitor barely can register any difference between the edge of the logo image and the background behind it. Anyone else see the difference in shading?
