i like the hover-over effect of the facing asia logo - basically just removing the gradient. looks good!

I like it.

The pics at the bottom need to be resized to fit their containers. Also the rollover text "View" isn't very descriptive. I'd change it to their countries of origin: cambodia, singapore, thailand, and malaysia respectively.

I think your work is so fantastic that it overshadows any inefficiency your site may have. Although personally I think the functionality on your website is fine.
