and I admit it : )) I would like to .....put a sign up sheet on my website. I use portfoliositez. I want people to be able to sign in, put them name and a contact number under a time slot. That's all...Since I'm clueless, how hard would this be? If I had to pay someone, how much would it cost me?

I have no idea how to to in on your web site. But could you create a link and use a google calendar to create a schedule where people can add to it?

The sign up part can easily be done with a simple form. But when you need to fill time slots you'll need a database in the background (which will cost money and time to administer) and a calendar script.

I think it might be easier to use a third party solution, maybe BookM or BookFresh.

Check out wufoo.com. Personally, I do not like the idea of the online calendars, where people pick their time and date.

Ok So I'm looking atBookM...I am doing family photos for a church directory. Some people only want to sign up via the web and some won't do it at all via the web, so of course we are trying to please all!! BookM is very very simple...we may try it.
