Ok, so today I began to work on the revamp of my website. I am currently running a wordpress based site and I am not happy with the templates or with having a template that was mass produced.

So I decided to use my design skills and begin the process of designing and building my own site.

Here is a preview image of what the main page will look like.

Keep in mind I don't know how to code so looks like I will ned to hire someone to do that.

It is a great start in my opinion although I would definitely make it wider - most screens nowadays are much wider - better to use more of your user's real estate to showcase your work.
