Automated Sharing of Blog Posts - 10-23-2011, 11:33 PM

I am looking for something to automatically share my blog posts to twitter / Facebook Page / FB personal and Google+ .

I like to write my blog posts at night then schedule them the next day.

I have used TwitterFeed, but the thumbnail photo will not post to Facebook, and it does not go to google+ yet.

I use Blogger.

Anyone have some other ideas?
