Issues with IXwebhosting updates and BluDomain

A few weeks ago IX updated their servers, and in doing so, ALL of the websites I have from Blu are now unusable. I cannot access the sites to edit them. IX wrote and said the sites seem to be incompatible with the updates.

Anyone with IX figure out how to fix this issue? HELP!

What updates did they make? Are they running a new version of php? perl? or was it a server upgrade (higher level of apache or other platform?)

What language are your sites primarily written in (php, perl, cgi, etc)

ix made major server updates and all my sites that were made by blu went down. in the end, blu fixed ALL of the sites, and it was an issue created by IX. when they moved the stuff, they changed a file name and botched all the sites.

i know some ppl can't stand blu, but they have been awesome for us. just wanted to share the update. blu fixed stuff!

sites are still down. login page is loading correctly now, but wont accept passwords. i dont know if its IXs fault or blu made crappy codes. :(

make sure your databases were transfered correctly.
