Has anyone used this company for their on-line proofing and print/package sales? what have you guys thought about it?

we use them for all our online proofing. Their fee is a little a steep, but no monthly recurring costs. it is intended to be used for family and friends of our clients. 90% of the time, our clients place their order directly with us after using instaproofs to view their images. that works out much better for us....

Yes, I have used it as well for a online proofing thing. It attracted me because there were no subscription fees or hosting fees or the like. I did think the fees for the credit card purchases were fairly steep, but thought that it was still cheaper than paying for hosting and system fees that the others charge ontop of the credit card purchase fees. I do like that you can invoice and offer tiered discounts. I have not yet used them as a way to accept payments and much like you, my clients tend to order directly from me.
