Updating my website

I'm changing my Alamo Project website to have a more regional focus. I'll be doing short form photo essays from all over Texas with a focus on Central and West Texas. This is a work in progress. The default page slideshow will be dropped and the right column will be reworked to allow for some advertising and other content. Much of the verbiage will be changed and several additional essays will be added in the next few weeks.

The site uses managed Dot Net code, JavaScript and CSS running under IIS. All content updates can be done using a client side application via web services. The photo images are linked from my pbase archive. At the moment content management is done using xml files. This will evolve into a database once the site and code are completely stable.
