How to get PhotoBiz Discount Promo Codes?

I wish I had had the money over the holidays to take advantage of PhotoBiz's half-off their flash site template set up fees, but I'm still in the portfolio building stage.

I hate having a website sit there for 3 months with very little to put on it (not to mention 3 or 4 months of sitting there added up to what I was saving).

So, I'm looking to finally get my own website probably in March (as I should have enough photos for my website by then), however, I'm hoping some of you can point me to where I can get the promo codes for the Photobiz set up fee discount. Others have provided there here on the boards in the past, and I'm not sure where you get them from.
