Album question

What do you guys think about this:

I have a bride and groom that had their engagement photos done by someone else, they have the print rights to the images (so I think) and I did their bridal and wedding. I'm not designing an album for them and they had asked at one point if their engagement photos could be included...I told them no, but I want to see what you guys think.

I also have a bride and groom who I did the engagement and bridal, but not the wedding because I was already booked. I don't think their photographer offers albums (he's a friend of the family and just does it on the side.) I want to offer them an album, but want to be able to include their wedding photos...

I'm really not sure what to do...

Contact the photographer perhaps? Especially in scenario #2 - if he is just shoot and burn and isn't offering up products, it's not likely a "lost sale" to him.

It would still be his copyright, so you'd need permission to use his images for printing/album.
