Have you invited special guests (grandparents, etc.) with whom you might want a memorable shot?
Are there images that you would prefer that I avoid or omit?
Are there animals in the wedding party?

That's a pretty good list. It is definitely important to find out if the photographer will be fed during the reception, but instead of making it a question I'd include it in the contract: "Dinner will be provided to the photography team."
