That's a pretty good list. It is definitely important to find out if the photographer will be fed during the reception, but instead of making it a question I'd include it in the contract: "Dinner will be provided to the photography team."

I agree. I hate them and tell my customers as much.

Bingo... plus it kills creativity. The wedding isn't scripted, why should the coverage be?
