Dallas Area Photo Venues: Pricing & Rules

Hey everyone,

Thought it'd be a good idea to start a thread with details on pricing/deposits/rules, etc for the different venues we're using for bridals/engagements/etc, to save us all time on the phone.

I wasn't sure if it'd get more attention in the Weddings forum or the DFW Photo Locales.. but if it needs to be moved, the powers that be are welcome to do so.

So, feel free to add on, everyone! Be sure to put the name/address and rate (as well as how long that covers and what it covers) and any other details you can on each location.

Thanks for posting this! I will post the one I already told you about. The Majestic Theater is $150 for a bridal. I'm looking forward to shooting my bridal there! Oh, and one of my brides told me (but you might double check), the Melrose Hotel for bridals is $1500!! Nuts! That's where I shot Traci, but luckily, we shot there for free. It's certainly not worth that kind of money.
