Dallas Area 2nd Wedding Shooter Opportunity

I'm photographing a small 3 hour wedding (including pre-wedding through reception) Sunday, 15 May 2011 from 1:30pm-4:30pm in the Dallas 635\Toll Rd. area.

While it is a small wedding, it is a great opportunity to gain some wedding photography experience as it will be in a large church with the same lighting conditions and locations as a large wedding, but with less stress and less time commitment. Because of this, I thought I'd see if there is any interest in one or two people being non-paid 2nd shooters (for experience only.) (EDIT: I've been notified tagalongs are different from 2nd shooters, so I changed the sentence.)

Since this is a non-paying opportunity (I'm not being paid either), I'm willing to let you use the images you create for your portfolio (we'll discuss the details if you're selected.) I also love to teach, so if you like, I will take the time to explain my process when I have an opportunity (obviously, that won't be during the ceremony :-) .)

Since I work with Canon equipment, I prefer 2nd shooters who also use Canon also so I can help them or let them use my equipment if needed.

Tagalongs are non-paying opportunities. Second shooter is a paid shooting opportunity where the original shooter expects to get images for the client.

Well, this is a non-paying opportunity, but I would like the images the other photographer(s) takes for the clients (though I reserve the right to determine which ones the clients receive.)

Whatever the term, I have photographed weddings where the primary photographer received my images, but I received no monetary compensation. I did this to gain experience and appreciated the opportunity.
