A good friend of mine is getting married on Nov. 19th in Weatherford, Texas. She wants me to help her find her photographer, as she lives a little ways from that area, and wants to be sure to get someone good.

She doesn't have a set budget, but would like to keep it under $4k if possible. Looking for quality above all else.
