Brazen or Brilliant? Plus another flasher

I don't think I've ever seen advertising like this at any wedding I've been to. Wallets yes, but SIGNS? What is this, the major leagues?

And what's next? Cake's with the baker's logo front and center? DJ's with commercials? Caterer with a sign at the begining of the buffet? The bridal shop's logo on the back of the wedding gown?
It seems pretty crazy to me!

No, I don't think I grabbed a photo. I still havent gone through the 3rd shooters cards, so if there is one I can post it. It was basically a sign made out of foam core with the company name, logo, and slogan on it that sat on the easel with her portrait. Glad this doesnt seem to be common anywhere else.

This is certainly not a common occurence. I think it was tacky at best.
I would have said something to the wedding coordinator even it was her husbands photos. At least she would know that you were displeased.

I think this is a one time only event, and should be forgotten about.
I wouldn't modify my contract because of it. You can't foresee every possible situation and write a disclaimer to cover it.

I cant believe a wedding coordinator would allow advertising to be displayed at all.

Well I guess you get extra consideration from the wedding coordinator if you marry them :) But yes it was especially tacky, I would have really been hard pressed to not take it down... either that or go find the photog that took it and ask him to finish shooting the wedding since he was basically telling everyone that he was.

And yes I have to bite my tongue all the time :)
