Looking For Houston Area Photog, Wedding, May 16th, 2009

Since you can't really shoot your own wedding (lol), we're in the market for a photographer, and looking to book soon. I've been looking at websites ALLLLL day. As i post and read threads here, I've been opening houston area photographer's sites, but after i bookmarked them, I cant for the life of me remember who is who. Lol And before I go around contacting strange people, I figured I'll start here.

Wedding/Reception is the evening of May 16th, 2009 at Centurion Palace in League City, TX. Link: http://www.centurionpalace.com/ Would need someone for about 5 hours.

Would also be looking to book an engagement session, and a bridal session, and I'm SOOOOO looking forward to a trash the dress session. I was thinking bridal maybe a few at Centurion Palace, and/or Helen's Garden in League City, and then heading the Kemah Boardwalk for some.

To give you an idea of what i like...I'm not really into shots of the details (like shoes, and glasses, and little things im probably not gonna notice anyway)...and i love candids, and things out of the ordinary.

You chose a very gorgeous place for your wedding. If your ceremony is around the sun set, it'd make the most beautiful pictures there.

The groom dressing room is a bit tight and can get real hot, keep that in mind if you shoot there and are fat like me. I was sweating like a pig shooting in that room

LOL...yeah. Well I would be the groom and believe me when i say i WONT be spending much time there. I'll probably get there just before people start arriving and just welcome them..:)

I love that venue. The men's room is tight. . . the bridal suite is beautiful. I love the stair cases there. The coordinator is super nice. . . it's a great place all around.
