Chris & Rachel wedding, as a guest - 01-11-2010, 04:55 PM

posting the images that were prepared for my blog. i enjoyed attending and not worrying about trying to capture something worthwhile, but i liked these, even with the heads in them from my seat! lol

Chris is my cousin - they've been together for years. I was sitting on the far left edge of the ceremony, so these are all taken from there.

All ceremony shots with my 40D/85mm f/1.8 - ISO 800-1250, f/1.8-2.8
Reception entrance/first dance taken with Sigma 30mm f/1.4

C&C always welcome, i like to learn, tho i realize this wasnt really me trying my hardest to actually capture anything (read - didnt wanna get out of my seat and get in way of hired photog)...tried to just enjoy myself as a guest. lol

These are really nice...especially for just being the guest! You captured some great moments, and I love the nice, clean PP you did. Solid stuff.

I have to find it hilarious that a good photographer, even when only a guest, can produce incredible images.

Well done.

I seem to be living "overboard" these days.

I love it when we can tell a story from a different viewpoint. You did a really nice job. I love the guest view.

Sure is! This was 1/2/10, 2 weddings going on that night. This one took place at the gazebo (La Terrazo) and then the reception was in the courtyard.
