Mostly the 85 1.8, and for some of the wider stuff the Tamron 28-75. Love the 85 though!

edit: A couple of them look different on here than they do on my computer. Maybe FF is jackin' with em?

Thanks, I have the 17-55 nikkor, and i get sharp pictures, but I think they can get sharper with a prime. I guess I have to save some cash for the 50mm or 85mm.

Yeah I believe primes are much sharper. Not to mention the wider apertures. I was shooting like at f2-2.2, sometimes at 1.8. I want the 50 1.2 now :(

That's awesome. I'd love to go to zacks shop. The canon 50 1.2 can be had used for like 1200-1300. Aren't you a Nikon? I think they make an 85 1.4 that's supposed to be amazing. But I also think it's around 1600. You should be fine with a 50 1.4 or something not too expensive.

Don't tempt me Viet. I just plunked a sum down on a 40D anyway.

The park was in the Bellaire area. Address: 7112 Newscattle, Bellaire TX 77401
I'm sure it looks a lot nicer in the spring/summer.

Thanks all, so much!
Leslie, if you don't have the 1.2, definitely try out the 1.8. It's awesome on the 5D.

I'm beginning to like flashless photography more and more

#4 is interesting. It looks like they're sharing the experience of working one out.
