Lindsey and Kelly Day After - 02-01-2010, 06:13 PM

Lindsey and Kelly drove in from Houston to shoot a "Day After" session with me. They have actually been married since May, but their photographer did not give them any of the two of them together from their wedding pics (at least not the posed photo walk kind). I am still in the LR stages of editing, but I thought I would post two from one part of the session.

Added one more! No flash, just PP lol! I had to use the gradient tool in LR on these because I exposed for their faces and the bottom half with the dress was overblown. So, used the gradient for exposure on the bottom half to make it more even.

The first one is my favorite. I'd also love to check out the location one day.

Thanks! It's not a bad location, fairly traditional and "typical". You have to work to find something unique.

How did you manage that? No big lights, stands, etc?

LOVE LR 2, Sam! Still practicing with the gradient tool, but I got it to work enough for these. Thanks!!

John, yes, as long as we didn't bring lights and I think a tripod, we were told it was free. Guess they've changed their ways. Used to be $1500, so I was shocked. I know of one other place that has gone way down in price, too.
