anti-tilters!

the tilt doesnt bother me and enhances the composition in some of these (like the ones with strong leading lines from the brick or stairs). i will warn you that mom and grandma may totally hate tilt. always take a reg/ traditional shot as well. that way everyone is happy.
#1: shoulder needs to be back. it'll make her look thinner, which she'd love. it'll also get rid of the arm dissecting the torso in 1/2 - that optically makes ppl look wider too. needs more light in the eyes.
#2: better. drop bouquet lower so you can see narrow part of waistline. turn client onto 3/4 view. it slims and softens the pose.
#3: shooting up is usually a bad idea. b/t lens distortion and unflattering angles it's just not flattering. to get stair shots, the photog is usually better above or across from the subject. only exception is if you are trying to emphasize/ enlarge someone's butt.
#4: need more light in the eyes, straighten cross.
#5: shoulders back to get rid of "chicken wings". hand on cross is conflicting the flow with the spot color bouquet. woulda shot from other side b/c of the hard part in her hair - it adds additional lines that conflict the flow of your comp.
i dont write up critiques too often anymore - strapped for time. however, i love bridals (shot lux bridals for year and couture wedding gowns for a bridal designer). hope it helps. :)
