Aside from the obvious, the shot is not wide enough, to not cut off the top of the head....I like this shot, advice or criticism? I feel like I should offset the exposure a little.

More light in the face. Perhaps some gentle vignetting at the bottom and ever so gently up the bottom right.

So this was quickly done, but is this basically what you both suggested?

I think it's got the makings of a great image. Here's what I would do to it (of course, it's hard without the original/raw image). Ok, it doesn't look good on here. It's actually not that contrasty , but you get the point, at least.

Stephene,

I like the feel of the image but there are some things on the right side that are not helping the image, in fact they are hurting the image. There are two styles in the image. On the left is a tight modern feel, on the right is a normal traditional look. This is not creating a cohesive unity. There is nothing behind her shoulder blades that is contributing to the "modern feel" of the image. The hair showing on the arm and the plump-ness of he shoulders, back, and arms detract from her beauty and the image. The negative space behind her is also a distraction.

The PP I have seen on this thread have not helped the cohesiveness of the image.

I would make an overall tight crop and eliminate the entire right side. The crop is tight on the top and bottom but the sides are somewhat normal. I would make the whole image a tight crop. Since there is nothing behind her shoulder blades that is helping the image cut it out. Now you have one style. This also gives her face an area to "look" into. Cropped it is a very modern, glitzy and chic.

I think what Michael did has improved the image, but I feel like the way she's looking down and the way she's angled (posed or not), doesn't show off her figure. If I were culling this session, I would have tossed this image.
