#1 was shot with only the sun in the back (left upper side)
#2 and 3 - sun in the back from above and an AB800 at 3/4 power in the back from below, slightly to the right

#4 to 6 - only an AB800 at 1/2 power with 16" beauty dish + softbox clothing left of me directly pointing to their faces


All shot at longer focal lengths to avoid getting wet. I tried to get not too much rain between the camera and the models since this has caused problems at focussing and it unnecessarily illuminated the rain drops too much. And you'll need an assistent (waterboy) of course.

It was far too large of drops to be rain - I have a homemade rain machine for the same reason. Nice images.

Great! Before the 2nd post I was thinking "How the hell did he keep the rain off the lens???" Should have known better. Love them!
