Whatever you are using for your still shots works very well. The bokeh is very smooth and flows out nicely. The candids of bride, groom and guests are very natural and nicely lit IMO. : )

thanks! about 70% of the shots are with the trusty nikon 85mm 1.8. i love it, but currently saving up for the 85 1.4!

Don't know how much you've saved, but it's selling pretty cheap here: Nikon 85mm f/1.4 DIF AF $850

They are really good images. I particularly like the way you shot the dress in #10. I don't pay attention to wedding shots that much but I have not seen that "pose" before but think it is a nice departure from the typical hanging in the window.

I think he might be talking about the "G" rather than the "D" version. I cant find the "D" version anywhere over here in South Korea and the "G" version is way overpriced here. It's going for anywhere from $2000 to $2300. $1700 average in the states for the "G".
