I do have a slightly different variation of this post where the arm isn't turned out so much BUT this one accentuates her shoulders and curves more and that's why I liked it better.

Okay, I"m going to use the tips you all gave me ...lets see what i come up with :)

Layer masks are your friends! They allow you to paint in what you want brighter and what you don't.... :) Your white balance on your whites went way blue.... Here's my fix. Again.. layer masks allow you to CC only certain portions of a photo. Course could look like crap on your monitor LOL :) Looks good on mine!

Not sure I like some of the poses though. Like in the one I fixed her arm seems really ackaward. That is a great location though... Looks like the McNay in San Antonio.
I think perhaps a little more DOF would help her pop out too.

I fixed my white balance issues last nite. Good eye that you caught that too.
