OK...so, I spotted this when I was walking around in the church. Got everyone out there - and BANG, the sun broke through and not a single cloud in the sky. I did some of the formal portraits in the shade waiting for clouds. Finally, when they were starting to sweat and asked "anything else?" - I broke down and shot it anyway.

It did not turn out as I imagined it. Any thoughts on how to improve it - besides having a few more flash units - would be welcomed.

I like the idea, but other than lots of reflectors or flash units I'm not sure what you could do to make it better. What's it look like in b/w? I know the red/green tones will look the same, but I've had success with inadvertant (sp?) shading in b/w.
