They really catch the anticipation and tension. They give the viewer a sense of being there.

I love the shots. Perfect lighting. What are the white things in the top corners? Perhaps a bit of cropping would help?

The white things in the upper corners are tulle used for decoration that was stretched across the ceiling.

Unfortunately I think if I crop anymore I lose some of the crowd...
