I love the exposure balance and the fill flash, great job!...but the fill flash may be just a tad hot

Nice shots ... my only main comment though is on the very first picture ... she looks like she has two forearms coming out of her elbow, or like it was a double exposure with her arm in different places or something like that, but basically, her left hand back on that railing like that combined with the way she is posed/standing looks really awkward to me, but maybe it's just me...

#1 looks like she's got an extra limb & she's leaning so it appears like she's about to go over the stairs

#2 is great but you may want to add a bit more contrast and boost up the great sky colors...maybe even out the shadows?

#3 Do you have 2 other photos that you could use to make up the composite instead of mirroring the images? You may also want to give her even skin tones for all 4 images because 2 of them appear so much brighter like she's wearing the wrong foundation.

#4 I like, but can you move the left image more to the left & not have her so close to the margin?

#5 Clone out the stray hairs on the main image and bump up the contrast on the other 3 :)

I like all the photos you have here.. there are some minor issues with balancing the images that you want to put together, but the one single thing that stands out to me is the deep shadow under the chin. I started photography in a time when harsh shadows were avoided like the plague and the goal was to simulate natural lighting.. You have balanced flash and daylight exceptionally well; I would only wish to see some diffusion on the flash to lesson the harsh shadows... Either that or angle the face toward the flash so the shadow was not so noticeable.
I thinik you have a good plan. The Quinceaneras are an important time that families will want to document. With photos like these I see lots of business for you too.

I think you'll be OK, they have a thin candy shell. I'm surprised you didn't know that.

You guy are amazing, you point out things I don’t see even in my dreams.
But you are right. How different is when those who know see the mistakes that one could not see. I said before that my major problem is when it comes to posing people I just have hard time. But I’m reading.
Thank you all for your comments I really appreciate it.
