I leave my car parked at the prison most of the time. The thieves are all locked inside so I don't worry too much. Now when I venture out in town to wallymart, I take the gear home. Even home is not safe during this time of the year...

Speaking of,,, My bag is getting extremly heavy, must weigh at least 40lbs now....

My jetta electocutes me everytime I touch the door or put the key in the ignition. I was kinda hoping that would be effective to scare bad people off. But other people can't get it to happen. It happens to me EVERY TIME. I took it to VW and they couldn't get a shock from it, either. So I guess it's just me. :) I think I carry electricity with me, I have a nasty habit of causing lightbulbs to pop. We go thru a lot of bulbs here. Even refrigerator bulbs. It usually happens when I flip a switch, or walk by a light. It's not my house, either, it used to happen to me at work. If I got on a ladder lights near me would pop. :)

Well.. at least they didn't take the ENTIRE CAR. I had 3 STOLEN. But it's been awhile (back when I was single in the early 90s). I am knocking on wood. We have alarms and also park ours in the garage these days. Of course, they were always stolen elsewhere. 1 in Fort Worth Stockyards, 1 in Arlington, and 1 in S. Dallas at a TV studio. UGH!
