Thanks for looking and C&C are always welcome!!!
Thank you all!! | Suk Yee,
Very nice work. You are not afraid to do different things and it shows a very nice eye. My favorite is the cake. I like unusual angles on normal subjects. You work has a very warm feeling and obviously you identify with the bride and her feelings. Would like to see some things from the grooms point of view.

It was worth the wait....
You have given me some great ideas how to add a different perspective to the usual standard wedding repertoire.

Annette, thanks! I feel flattered to have your comment here in my post. I always admire your work and a few other photographers here in the forum
My husband and I shot the wedding, it was a fun outdoor wedding, we had a wonderful time. The bride, the groom and everyone else was so nice and friendly. The only struggle that we had was the "time" and the daylight. The ceremony was scheduled to be started at 7pm, but the DJ didn't show up until 7.15pm. It's only 15 min, but it made a huge difference for us. The lighting was tough. Fortunately, we pulled it through
I just cannot wait to get more bookings!
I'll post more pics once the pp is completed. I'd love to see more C & C and feedback!!

Thanks, Leslie , Donnie. I am almost done with the PP. Hope the bride will like what she sees :)
yea, it was fun for both of me and my husband. I always thought of myself a very detail oriented person, but he's even better than I am. and that HELPS a lot. I am glad to have him doing all the photo shoot with me.

Hey, Suki. Great images. I agree with the majority loving the first two, especially the processing on the second. I also love the different angle on the cake. I will admit that I'm a little "sad" that some of the bottom layer was cut off. That's the only "negative" thing I really have to offer.
As for shooting with your husband - I shoot with my wife and LOVE it. You mention that he's more detailed oriented, well, that's the way my wife is. We shot our first wedding together about a month and a half ago, and we had the picture list the client wanted at about size 7 font in my wife's pocket to make sure we didn't miss anything. Sometimes I get so caught up in just shooting and having fun, it's good to have her there to level me out!
Once again, great stuff and look forward to more from you!

Thanks, Kennth and Jesus!
Kenneth, I know what you meant, I actually went back to the photographs trying to find a cake image that wasn't cut off, I couldn't find one, guess my height and my arms are too short . next time I'll have my husband take those shots for me

Suki...
I am pretty short, too...so I raise my camera up...backfocus and shoot to get that perspective quite a bit...
I also purchased a ladder/cart from B&H exactly for that reason...Haven't used it in that way yet except at bridal shoots, but it's pretty handy/nifty...
Some photographers on DWF have talked about monopoding the camera, putting it on a timer and lifting it above their head (especially during receptions/dance shots)..cool effects there...
