Probably just the conversion to post on the forum.

Image 3 is my favorite. Great capture. That one would really rock on metallic paper.

LOVE shooting in the canals...
I kept hearing that there was going to be a $50 shooting charge but I wonder if that is true b.c I have never had to pay

There is a $50 permit required. They have cracked down on it and security guards are walking around asking to see your permit...

#3 is good...I agree with Paulo, would be nice on metallic paper...

Where is this? I have seen lots of images of those stairs, but i've no idea where they are. Thanks!
Oh, and these are great btw. Like the connection between the two of them on the third one.

The stairs are off the Mandalay Canal in Las Colinas. I, too, have heard about their requiring a permit, which is why I won't shoot there anymore. Just another greedy entity trying to get it's hands into the wallets of us photogs.

**edited to add that the shots are very nice indeed. Love the composition and posing. You'll lose some sharpness in PS if you don't choose "bicubic sharper" when you resize for the web.

I personally think it is totally worth the $... I usually get 2x as many great shots there v.s other... I love love love shooting there. I had a shoot there this weekend and felt as though it was my best e- session yet! I am sure there are great place else-where... but the canals are def. my comfort zone

In number 4...I don't know if she had been on her feet all day or if it's something in the post processing but her toes are really red and the tops of her feet are white. That's the only thing I noticed, great job!
