Japanese Garden in Fort Worth - 05-16-2008, 12:32 AM

I had a chance to take some bridal portraits at the Japanese garden, so I thought I would share a few. It was lots of fun, but all the trees made it hard to find place with out broken light.
They charge $75.00

I like them all.

#3 and #4 are my favorites.

Nice work. I've found that the best time to shoot there is on an overcast day. Of course we don't have control over that.

wow, pretty shots! I love the lighting, but #1, her dress seems a bit blown out, might be my monitor though....
Good job!

Agree with Suk Yee about the gown appearing blown in some of the shots. Its very bright. The veil is giving me issues. It looks like its doing its own thing or someone is holding it. Love #6, but it looks like her veil was tacked to the gate or something.

The session was lots of fun, but it was a little windy that day. So the veil did it's own thing. Sometimes a crazy veil works for you and sometimes it doesn't. The first one is a little blown out. I have two version. I ran a couple of new kabuta actions on it and it does seem to have lost some details. Thanks for all the complements and critiques.
Check out the wind it this pic.
